My job is to translate nutrition science into something that actually fits your routine — no food shaming, no stress, no endless lists of “forbidden” foods. Here, we eat, we live, and we grow together.
And yes, I’m a cat mom. Three of them, actually. They don’t weigh in on meal plans, but they offer solid moral support.
